Terms of Use

Beatlime helps you find live music, DJ nights, Sufi nights, karaoke, comedy and open-mic events at cafes, bars and restaurants. We list information; we do not sell tickets, take bookings or run any event.

Event details (day, time, volume, entry fee, menu) come from the venues and from our own checks. Venues can change or cancel events without telling us. We show the date we last confirmed each listing, but we cannot promise that it is current or complete. Please check with the venue before you travel, especially for paid or special events.

Each venue is responsible for its events, food, drinks, safety, licences and entry rules. Beatlime is not a party to anything between you and a venue.

Some venues serve alcohol. Entry and drinking are subject to the venue's rules and the law, including the legal drinking age in the state (21 in Karnataka). Please drink responsibly and do not drive after drinking.

You agree not to: copy, scrape or collect our listings, photos or data in bulk by automated means; copy the site's design or content to create a competing service; post unlawful, false or abusive content; try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site (including the admin area); or use the site in any way that breaks the law.

If we let you rate or comment, you must only write about your own genuine experience. You keep the rights to what you write, and you give Beatlime a free, worldwide licence to show it on the site. We may remove content that is false, abusive, off-topic or that breaks these terms. Ratings reflect user opinions, not ours.

The Beatlime name, logo, design and site content belong to us or are used with permission. Venue names, logos and photos belong to their owners and are shown with their permission or for the purpose of listing their events. You may share links to Beatlime freely.

We may link to venue pages, maps or social media. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.

The site and its information are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not guarantee that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, Beatlime is not liable for any loss, cost or inconvenience that results from using the site or relying on a listing, including a cancelled or changed event, or anything that happens at a venue. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may update the site and these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms. We may suspend or end access to anyone who breaks these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
